All of our items are shipped via courier Monday to Friday. Most small items are delivered next day.  Heavy equipment is usually dispatched on a 2 - 3 day delivery service. In all cases if you have a time specific order please contact us prior to order so we can confirm delivery dates.

• Standard delivery is to UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands and UK Islands.
• Delivery to Mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands and UK Islands is £ FREE.  Delivery charges to Scottish Highlands and UK Islands calculate at checkout
• We only ship to UK addresses with a UK postcode
• We do not deliver to P.O Box Addresses
• Working Days are Monday to Friday excluding English Bank Holidays.

Return Policy

We always sell excellent quality items and we are always available prior to order to answer any questions you may have. However we understand that on occasions returns are necessary.

Upon receipt of return we will advise safe arrival, check and restock items and then refund your original purchase costs including original delivery costs.

All goods must be returned to us in an unused condition in the original packaging.

Any damage in transit must be reported within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Any claims for damage beyond the 24 hour deadline cannot be accepted as our insurance will be void. We will normally require photographic evidence to assist our claim.
